#Décima segunda semana em Inglaterra

Semana em Lisboa.

Correr de uma pessoa para outra, de um lugar para outro, de uma comida para outra.

Tentar não correr e aproveitar a minha cidade preferida no mundo para descobrir que vamos ter uma menina :)

Comprar lãs e mais lãs e abraçar os amigos, que me fazem tanta falta.

Começar a aprender a receber o amor e o carinho das pessoas tal como elas sabem dar sem perder o limite da minha pele. Ou seja, cuidar das relações, mas não me esquecer de cuidar de mim – que é aliás o primeiro passo para verdadeiramente conseguir cuidar das relações.

Entender que de cada vez que alguém com quem não tenho essa tal ligação de pele (sim, eu acho que isso existe) quer tocar com entusiasmo na minha barriga – como se ela fosse um pouco sua –, eu tenho o direito de dizer não... E, embora ainda não tenha conseguido fazê-lo, esta experiência trouxe-me imensas notícias sobre mim e sobre a minha responsabilidade de servir também este bébé nesse sentido. De servir os limites de que ela me for sinalizando, da melhor forma que conseguir. E de partilhar com ela essa capacidade de escuta dela mesma, daquilo que ela precisa para si.

#Twelfth week in the UK

Week spent in Lisbon.

Running from one person to another. One place to another. One food to another.

Try not to run at all and just enjoy my favorite city in the world to find out that we are going to have a girl :)

Buy yarn and more yarn and hug my friends that I miss so much.

Start to learn how to receive the love and care that people want to give the way they want to give without loosing the limit of my own skin. Meaning: take care of my relations but still remember to take care of myself – which is actually the first step to truly be able to take care of my relations.

Understand this every time someone with whom I don't have this skin connection (yes I believe there is such a thing) wants to touch in my belly – as if my belly was also a bit theirs – I have the right to say no... And even though I am not able to do that still
